This archive, Scheme0-ieee.zip, contains a version of the Scheme0
partial evaluator, REVISED to better conform to IEEE Scheme + eval.

It is known to work with Gambit Scheme v4.6.6. which was obtained
from http://dynamo.iro.umontreal.ca/~gambit/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

Syracuse University for bug reports and fixes.
